SAMLDebug.com provides software, content and services to the User for testing external SAML Identity Provider (IdP) and Service Provider (SP) implementations.

Expressly disclaim to the fullest extent permitted by law all express, implied and statutory warranties, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and the conformance to standards mentioned.

Although we make reasonable efforts to keep the SAMLDebug.com services available, events like maintenance, security issues or capacity bottlenecks as well as events not under the control of SAMLDebug.com may lead to temporary outages.

We disclaim any warranties regarding security, availability, reliability, timeliness, compatibility and performance of the services.

We disclaim any warranties for any information, best practices, coding examples and software obtained through this site.

We disclaim any responsibility for any harm resulting from downloading or accessing any information or material from this site. You understand and agree that you use all information and downloads at your own discretion and risk. And that you will be solely responsible for any damages on your computer systems or loss of data that results from the use of advises or software of this site.

4. Changes to SAMLDebug.com Services

We may modify our services from time to time, for any reason, and without notice, including the right to terminate the free services with or without notice, without liability to you, any other user or any third party.

5. Obligations of the User

Any use of the services and contents offered on the SAMLDebug.com web sites beyond the scope of the product description requires the prior written consent of SAMLDebug.com.

The user is prohibited to perform any actions which may impair the operability of the SAMLDebug infrastructure, particularly actions which may overload said infrastructure.

6. Final Provisions

We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time without notice. Please review these terms from time to time.

If any provision of these terms and conditions is, for any reason, invalid and/or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law. The parties agree to replace an invalid and/or unenforceable provision with a valid and/or enforceable provision which most closely approximates the intent and economic effect of the invalid and/or unenforceable provision. This also applies to contractual loopholes. The terms and conditions and the contractual relationship shall be governed by United States law in the state of Virginia.
